Jack Nixon's journey to becoming the legendary voice of the NMSU Aggies has been nothing short of epic. From state to state, school to school, and even a short stint in the USFL, his road led him to Las Cruces twice, finding home the second time around in what would create a legacy that is unmatched in the field anywhere in the Mesilla Valley.
After 45 years of calling countless games and winning awards for excellence, he has now announced his impending retirement and has entered what he calls his "victory lap." It is an honor to have this conversation with him, as Off The Grid welcomes the legendary Jack Nixon!
