In today's episode we talk about race in the comedy scene in the UK and how to get gigs to build a career. Raised in Auckland, New Zealand, Runi Talwar started performing stand up comedy while living in Australia. Now based in London, he has appeared at many UK comedy clubs and was a finalist in 2 Northdown’s New Act of the Year competition. As a stand up comedian in Australia, he has performed at Sydney’s Comedy Store, as well as appearing at comedy festivals across the country.
