In this episode, Shaykh Dr. Ahsan Hanif explores the powerful message in Surah Al-An'am, verses 133-137, where Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ affirms His independence from His creation, His mercy, and His ability to replace those who disobey Him with others who are obedient. These verses in Surah Al-An'am address the misguided practices of the idolaters, such as assigning portions of their crops and livestock to idols, and even committing the tragic act of burying their children due to fear of poverty and dishonour. Shaykh Ahsan explains how Shaytan made these destructive beliefs and actions seem appealing, leading the idolaters astray. This passage highlights Allah's supreme control over all matters and serves as a poignant reminder of the consequences of disobedience. Lastly, He reassures that Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ will ultimately judge between those who uphold His commands and those who follow falsehood.
