Change is hard, and often, within businesses, it’s spoken about as something that happens at an organizational level.. but change doesn’t happen on a system-wide level until it happens at the individual level. One person at a time must get behind change in order for the change effort’s success to be realized. What are the barriers to change we experience in the workplace? Michael Diettrich-Chastain is an expert on peak performance in the workplace. As an executive coach, international speaker and facilitator, he has worked with Global 100 companies, mid-sized companies and small businesses to drive employee engagement, productivity, retention and profit. With a MA in Counseling and multiple certificates in workplace and leadership assessment tools and methodologies, he brings his 15+ years of experience in transforming the lives of the leaders and teams he serves.
He is the founder of Arc Integrated, a leadership development consultancy serving teams and leaders around the globe. Michael is widely regarded by the various CEO’s and leaders he has worked with as the “go to resource” for helping to transform the company cultures in which he works. His writing has been featured in Time, Money, Entrepreneur and The Washington Post. Michael’s first book (Changes) which was released in 2019, became an instant best seller in multiple categories. His mission is to help create and maintain purpose driven organizations that elevate the consciousness of all involved. In the last two years alone, amidst the pandemic, Michael and has team have facilitated events for many thousands of leaders from around the globe.
