Research by Amazon Web Services suggests more than one in three European firms adopted AI in 2023 - bringing the continent closer to the 2030 Digital Decade vision presented by the European Commission in 2021. But where does the real estate industry sit in this landscape? And how can businesses within real estate ensure that they don’t fall behind competitors in the sector?
