Amy sits down with entrepreneur and dietician Megan Poczekaj on today’s Performance Mindset Podcast. Megan is a nutrition expert who teaches entrepreneurs and high achievers how to enhance their productivity and performance through proper nutrition. She is also the author of The Optimized Life: A Nutrition Guide for Entrepreneurs and the co-host of the Nutrition Awareness podcast.

In her book, Megan shares her personal journey, which began with extreme dieting during college to maintain a low-calorie intake.
