In addition, Luxe is opening a new 6,000-square-foot facility dedicated to its pickup-and-delivery business – in essence tripling the company’s wash capacity for PUD.
Ross discusses his company’s rapid growth and the inevitable pain points that have gone along with it – as well as sharing his thoughts on the best opportunities for laundry operators in the coming years, his favorite aspect of store ownership, and the value of social media outreach to today’s businesses.
