Tim joins us to talk about sport specific fitness, proper training and nutrition. We will talk about his book, "Inner Stregth, Inner Peace" and what is going on in his life now. Tim has coached more than 200 NFL players, 12 Olympic gold medalists, more than a dozen NCAA individual champions, 9 NCAA team champions, more than 200 NCAA All-Americans and National Champions of 17 different sports. Tim also coached at Arizona State University for 13 years and has worked with USA Olympic wrestling team, the World Champion USA powerlifting team, and the Boston Bruins. He was honored by the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 1990 as a recipient of their President’s Award.
