As Timothy and his gust Amna explained how poverty is a devastating phenomenon whose effects and causes are many and varied, such as lack of education and skills, limited access to resources and opportunities, discrimination, and various economic, social, and political factors. Creating job opportunities is another crucial step in alleviating poverty. Governments and businesses can implement policies that promote economic growth and job creation, such as investing in infrastructure development, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises.
