In this episode, I have the pleasure to interview DeAndre Harris with Rawfullygrateful. This young man, fought addictions to both food and alcohol. All the while finding a resolve that he never knew that he had. After overcoming the addiction to alcohol, through counseling, he learned that he could use the same mindset and lessons to overcome his food addiction. Change over to a plant-based diet and with the inspiration of friends, like Rawnattyn8 and Lissa with Rawfoodromance, he was able to enter the world of a raw vegan lifestyle. He is sober today and still counting. He is thinner, healthier and a better husband and father for it. Come and listen to his story!
