What we may not realize is that we have unresolved feelings such as fear, trauma, limiting beliefs, and other disempowering perceptive of ourselves.
These are root causes that manifest in many ways in our behavior, such as in our relationships, in our business and even our relationship with food. A common way to soothe these causes is with food.
By discovering what those root causes are and releasing them, our brains can then be rewired with a more empowering perspective, thought patterns, and habits allowing us to live a glorious life.
