Hi everyone! It's Kim Renshaw with Patterson Realty.
I’ve got tips FOUR through 7 for you!
Tip #4- OFFER a one year home warranty. This gives them the ASSURANCE that if any issues come up, they able to get it fixed for a nominal fee.
Tip #5- get your home STAGED or semi-staged, both inside and out. You want BUYERS to be able to see THEMSELVES living in the home!
Tip #6- have ALL your disclosures UPLOADED to the MLS. It’s a great way to be up-front about EVERYTHING from when you replaced that old FURNACE & water heater, to the current HOA fees.
Tip #7- Be as FLEXIBLE as possible with showings and ALWAYS have your home SHOW ready! Don’t give a buyer the opportunity to fall in love with ANOTHER home WHEN they could have fallen in LOVE with yours FIRST! 😍
* ALWAYS Keep your home CLEAN and smelling nice.
This tells the buyer you have PROPERLY MAINTAINED it, and gives THEM more confidence in making an OFFER!
