When Lucy Beato received her cancer diagnosis, she was shocked and in denial. Being a single mother, that was the last thing she wanted to hear. However, she bravely faced her circumstances reminding herself, “I have cancer, but cancer doesn’t have me.”
As with most women, a tragedy often spurs a personal reinvention and Lucy was no exception. She took her journey and captured it in the book, I Had Killer Boobs. Using sass and humor she was able to turn her life around and is now cancer free!
When she’s not running her salon, she’s dedicated to helping women reach their best version of themselves through her signature method called Valor-Arte.
