Norm Velez, owner & operator of Brooster's Backyard Ice House joins the podcast to talk about how his indoor-outdoor bar is one of a kind on the Southside of San Antonio. During the interview, Norm explains how he got to this point in his career and why community is so important to him.
Broosters Backyard Ice House (815 Pleasanton Rd, San Antonio, TX 78214) has been in operation since 2020. The establishment offers a family-friendly and pet-friendly environment for patrons. They have a ton of games for adults and kids to play in the outdoor area as well as TVs inside for watching sports. Brooster's also hosts many events for families, including children and pets.
