As the Seahawks wrap up their season with Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Rams, we debate the merits of closing out the season with a win, even if it's against a Rams team playing for nothing. Looking ahead to the offseason, there are two primary paths that make the most sense the Seahawks: tearing it down to focus on a rebuild or doubling down and sticking with a big part of the current roster. We talk about the key players, potential roster moves, and whether or not either option features offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb.

Coach Mike Macdonald says there are a handful of players who will be trying to hit some incentives for the season. How do the financial implications of Geno Smith's contract incentives play into the broader salary cap situation?
