Cointreau pinch of table salt Stir over ice in a cocktail mixer and strain into a coupe. Slice off a thick, coin-sized hunk of lime rind (catch a little lime flesh with it) and squeeze it over the drink. Remember not to be fooled by Le Chiffre's twitching eye.
