At 26, currently Derek is the only relationship manager in his 20's for Capital Farm Credit in College Station. Derek's love and passion for agriculture are clear in this episode and he discussed with us how that love for something traditionally blue-collar lead to a successful career in an adjacent white-collar industry. This allows him to be a professional, while also allowing him to be close to his agricultural roots.
