Christie Aschwanden is a journalist, author, and editor, and has written Good to Go: What the athlete in all of us can learn from the strange science of recovery, a book about the science of athletic recovery. She is a runner and cyclist, and has contributed articles to The New York Times, Runner's World, and Bicycling, among others.
