The ladies of 3 Psychs and a Mic have a very special 3-Part Self-Care Through Meditation Series for you over the next few weeks! In the words of Audre Lorde, “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence. It is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare," wrote in A Burst of Light" and Other Essays. Self-care is a form of protest.

On today's episode Dr. Shari kicks off the series with teaching and guiding you through a Grounding Meditation exercise where you use your 5 Senses to stay focused in the present moment to cope with any current forms of anxiety and overwhelming emotions you may be experiencing!
