In this week's edition of The Bleacher Briefings podcast, we discuss the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs (and also preview Conference Championship Sunday), Alex Rodriguez's decision to take on the powers that be in Major League Baseball, and the controversy surrounding Dan Le Batard and his Hall of Fame ballot! - NFL Postseason, Round 2: The Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs saw multiple teams fans have grown accustomed to seeing this time of year, as well as a few surprise squads that rounded out the field. We break down the matchups from this weekend's slate of games, as well as preview Sunday's Conference Championship tilts. - A-Rod vs. MLB: Over the weekend, an arbitrator ruled that Alex Rodriguez would be suspended for the entire 2014 season for PED use, despite the fact that he has never tested positive for anything. A-Rod's response? Sue pretty much everyone connected to Major League Baseball. How did we get here, and what exactly does all this mean? Hear our take. - Le Batard Deadspin's the Hall of Fame Voting: Last week, it was revealed that sportswriter Dan Le Batard let Deadspin.com have his Baseball Hall of Fame ballot, who in turn allowed their readers to make the selections and cast the vote. Since then, Le Batard has been kicked out of the BBWAA for one year and barred from future Hall of Fame votes.
