Treading Faith discusses the completion of the final week of the 40 Days With The Most High Sugar Fast. From January 8th - February 16th, we embarked on a 40 Day, spiritual journey that aimed to transform and renew our minds. During this fast the goal was to fast from sugar so that we may feast on God. "[Abide in Him, consume Him, and His fruit will consume you and transform you.]" John 15:4. When God sets us free from the strongholds in our lives, we're free to experience His strong hold on us. Yemi and I can attest to a transformation of our mind, body, and soul. God blessed us with more than we bargained for. We dropped weight, insecurities, doubts, fears, and lies. We now feed on truth, love and righteousness. We may continue this journey by dedicating at least one full week of fasting from sugar so we can be a living sacrifice for God!
