Jeff and Jon have an amazing story of breaking into wholesaling and growing their own real estate portfolio in a short period of time! Jeff was a full-time insurance broker and Jeff worked in logistics - but always had dreams of doing something more and creating financial and time freedom for themselves and their families. They founded Ortiz Property Solutions with the goal of being recognized as one of the leaders in off-market deals both for wholesaling and for flipping. Since then, they have ventured into buy and holds and quickly moved into the larger multi-family space, specifically through the Syndication model in the U.S.A.

Bio
Jefferson & Jonathan Ortiz, Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, migrated to Hamilton, Ontario Canada, at the age of 9 and 11. They grew up with single mom and 4 siblings and not a lot of money or wealth, always wanted to make an impact. Jeff went on to follow the conventional path and graduated from insurance program at mohawk college and had tremendous success in his corporate career where he grew an insurance portfolio to over 3 million in 4 years as sales insurance broker. Jon graduated with a Logistics diploma and explored a career as well. In early 2020, they stumbled upon wholesale real estate and quickly hired a coach who specialized in Wholesale and Flipping,
