Like many investors, Andrew got into the world of real estate by purchasing a few single family homes, and then dabbled into student rentals as well due to the higher cash flow they produced . He has a diversified background where he also got into BRRRR-ing, general contracting, building entire subdivisions including townhouses. Now, he has further diversified south of the border where he is building homes in the Cape Coral area of Florida, and he's also got an exciting "glamping" campground here in Ontario that he's recently acquired.

Andrew is a business and economics-educated real estate investor and entrepreneur as well as host of the Andrew Hines Real Estate Investing Podcast. Andrew is an advocate of the BRRRR model of investing, owns his own construction company and has built dozens of new construction units and houses. Andrew regularly speaks on topics of economics, development, student rental investing, private lending/borrowing and financing strategies.
