He was NOT frugal or good with money, and was working for his money. A chance gift from an employer of “Rich Dad Poor Dad” coincided with his awareness of working for his money, and things changed quickly. He began passively investing, but quickly switched to multi family, and moved to the US due to their friendlier investment environment. He’s also tried storage and now a medical office building. Bio

Successful Vice President with 47+ years in the attractions and entertainment industry. Highly observant, detail oriented with a highly developed work ethic. I spent the past 20 years working for iFLY Indoor Skydiving, we grew from 1 location to 80 worldwide.

As an accredited investor I am LP in 20 syndicated deals and 2 as General Partner. Investing in multifamily apartments (2,500+ doors) retail strip mall, 1 Townhouse to Condo conversion (28 units), 1 Single Family Rental Portfolio Fund (50 homes), 1 ground up Multi Family Fund (100 doors), and a medical office building, land development near the new Tesla factory in Austin.

Over the past few years, I have become deeply passionate about learning about Real Estate Investing. I am an avid learner, continually connecting with as many like‐minded people I can. Asset Manager for 176 door deep value add in San Antonio in 2020. I have been actively working to acquire my multi‐Family apartments as GP/Asset Manager/Boots on Ground in TX.
