"This is me at 26 years old. A drunken, lost, broken, depressed, sedated, sexualized, defeated, depleted, weak boy in a man's body who was lacking purpose and drive. I was destroying myself by my own free will and thought it was fun... I change the trajectory of my life by changing my habits, my thoughts, my words and my actions towards my dreams... Guess what??
