Meet John Kunz, a devoted husband and father who is doing his best to form his family in the faith. In 2021, John and his wife received the diagnosis during their 5th pregnancy that their baby boy had Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) - - a rare congenital heart defect that prevents the left side of the heart from developing properly during pregnancy.
Jack was born in November of 2021 and passed three weeks later. Listening to John speak about the emotional and physically challenging journey of welcoming Jack and then saying goodbye to him soon after is an experience you won’t want to miss. John’s love for family and trust in God serves as a witness to the love that can only be experienced through Christ.
John and his wife were blessed to conceive two more children after Jack’s passing; the first passed in the womb, and the second is a spry toddler, bringing light and life to the family daily.
