My guest this evening is an avid outdoorsman that has struggled with mental health issues his whole life. It has led him down a series of wrong paths, but through building a relationship with nature he has started to heal. Through both physical skills and connecting with nature on a spiritual level he has helped himself and is now helping others. It should be a great chat.
