J.P. Nerbun is a leadership coach who partners with leaders to support their learning, growth, & impact on the world. He believes that great teams drive results & that effective leaders are intentional in creating strong team cultures.
In the podcast JP explains ways in which coaches can better understand their strengths and weaknesses, and how they can get better at their craft. He also gives tools and strategies that coaches can use to build team culture, establish high standards in a team, and maximize collaboration with players.
