This practice is designed to help you consciously set the tone for your day ahead or at any point during your day when you want to be intentional about how you show up for what's next.

A gentle reminder as always, that you are your own expert.

These practices are designed to be a safe space to explore, experience & expand as you meditate ~ so please make sure to follow what feels good, taking mindful care of yourself as you navigate your own personal inner exploration. These offerings are invitations to take what works & leave the rest, being kind as you meet yourself where you are today. If you find yourself at a growth edge, I encourage you to explore... but if it doesn't feel safe or generative for you today, know that you can always return here another time.
