Today, I speak with Elke, a certified pregnancy and postnatal fitness coach dedicated to guiding women through their own movement & fitness goals.

In this episode, we cover the topics:

  • When to rest and when to move
  • Pelvic floor exercises
  • How to ease back into an exercise routine

Elke is also a mother of two, and at the time of recording this conversation, is well & truly in the thick of her second postpartum with her baby at the tender age of 6-weeks.
