Day 7

Today is all about gratitude for your health. Scan you body head to toe and list everything you can think of and say why you are grateful. Think of scalp, hair, eyes, smell, ears, skin, bones, muscles, gut etc. so much we have to be grateful for. When its gone we realise how important it is so lets be thankful whilst we have health. And if we dont have health in a certain department what can you be grateful for?
