In this part 2 of Overcoming Betrayal we talk about 5 ways to transform your anger into strength. Divorce can be a very painful time, particularly if you have to reconcile the negative emotions produced by the betrayal and infidelity of an ex-spouse. However, there are powerful exercises and activities that can help you transform your anger into strength. Surprisingly, some of these exercises are even quite fun. The purpose of this episode is to show you that it is possible to process the emotion of anger in healthy manner so that you can heal from this chapter of your life.
