In today's episode, the very sweet, Kim Murphy, will challenge your thinking. Are you carrying around hot coals? Chances are high that you are! Be prepared to release them, they're not serving you well.
After growing up in a toxic home environment, Kim became a people pleaser who felt she had to sacrifice herself and take care of others. The word “no” was not in her vocabulary. This unsupportive upbringing affected Kim deeply, until she crashed. It was her crash that allowed Kim to find her power to take care of herself first! Kim now believes we should all take care of ourselves first!
Kim discovered Empowerment Coaching and she began to understand she mattered. Then she added Trauma Release to her practice to complete her own healing and lead other women to the wonderful, healed life they so richly deserve.
