Welcome to another episode of the Me Skills Podcast, where we lean into self-love and great ideas that build a better life. In today’s episode we’re joined by Rena Tucker. About Rena: Rena Tucker is probably the funnest art teacher and coach you’ll ever meet! She’s a professional artist who has been fortunate enough to study with some of the most famous artists of our time. She LOVES to share everything she’s learned about technique and, more importantly, mindset with her students and clients. She believes that creative expression is an essential part of well-being, and that art comes from what’s between your ears, not the end of your brush. Her goal is to make painting and discovering your artistic style as easy (and fun!) as possible. During this episode, Rena shares her inspiring career journey and insights into creative reinvention. Together, we discuss dream locations that stimulate creativity, and explore Tish's excitement about unconventional activities like splatter rooms and body painting. Throughout the episode, we emphasize the importance of facing discomfort and fear in the creative process, being kind to oneself, and understanding that creativity takes courage and vulnerability. (Note: this episode, as usual, contains swearing. 😉) Note Worthy Timestamps:
