Welcome to episode four of The Business of Real Estate podcast with Lynn Hoffman and Eric Johnson. Today, we’re diving into time management—how to maximize your day. One phrase we use is, “Either you run the day or the day runs you.” Many agents react to events instead of planning ahead.
As your own CEO, prioritize planning. Schedule the year’s major events and adapt monthly and weekly plans around those. Focus on key tasks each day, blocking time for the unexpected. Morning hours are prime for high-energy tasks like client calls.
Make outgoing calls a daily habit, focusing on productive activities. Remember, quality over quantity in your tasks. Balance work with personal commitments, ensuring time for family and self-care.
