Historical Author Joe Johnston takes us into the world of his late friend Art Fleak, Wayne Henry Garrison's lifelong attorney, and their story. Wayne killed two children when he was just a child himself in Tulsa, Oklahoma in the 70s, then, in 1989, he was accused of killing and dismembering a 14-year-old boy and then scattering his remains around Lake Bixhoma.
