03:06 - I would say that it's pretty rare in Charlotte to be able to find somewhere to eat on the water. It's kind of like a vacation spot, so I think that really sets us apart as well.

And that's always awesome just to kind of see, the community that we've developed over the years and them coming back and being loyal.
