Daddy issues refers to women who have a dysfunctional relationship with their father and tend to seek/marry men that either resemble or replace their dads.
I think this is a very important topic to discuss bc many women end up choosing partners subconsciously & are disappointed to discover they ended up marrying a guy that is more like their dad than they care to admit (and don't want).
This is an incredibly vulnerable episode bc it's the first time I'm sharing my childhood trauma & the dysfunctional relationship between my father and me.
