Dennis Burks has been performing magic for over 40 years in Kansas City and he’ll make you believe there’s something special in the air when he pulls a quick trick or two on you. Dennis is my sister-in-law’s father but he’s got that disposition of everybody’s dad - one who’ll knock you out with a quick slight of hand you didn’t see coming but were glad to have happened.
Dennis shares his insight into becoming a Magician plus he chats with Nivens about the biggest named Magician to ever do it and his time in Kansas City - someone who goes by one name only - Houdini!
