In this episode we talked to Gerard Orie out of Winston-Salem, NC. Gerard is a new investor who started out wholesaling but took the information we have been sharing and started to look into real estate notes. Gerard came on and broke down his first note deal. He explained the process and steps he took to wholesale a real estate note and make $50,000 on his first note deal. This episode was full of inspiration and information. Gerard took the steps he's heard on our show to make more in one deal then he made in a full year at his previous 9-5 job.
