Welcome to this beautiful interview with my new friend Meketta.Renee, I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed getting to do it. Meketta is generous from start to finish with her story, her medicine, and her person. She imbues everything she does with love, care, presence, and strong community continuity. She is what she does and what she does is her.
In this interview, we talk about her yoga practice, making medicine, how she came to be where she's at, and how those practices influence what she does and how she does it in community and in herself. She is vulnerable and leans into that vulnerability rather than backing away. It is a gift to interview someone that leans that way.
