Coach Jeff Dugdale describes the 2019 swim season that led up to Queens University of Charlotte winning their 5th straight Division 2 Men's and Women's Championships. Coach Dugdale reviews the development of Queens’ program and athletic department, the team's’ connection to Team Elite Aquatics and an array of Olympic athletes, and his athletes college football-esque status on campus. Coach Dugdale also describes the process of turning young men and women into exceptional individuals, the importance of creativity in athletic training, and why swimming Division 2 is certainly not a step down in the athletic community.
