In this episode of the Dialed Health podcast, we are joined by the 2022 Dialed Health Shred winners, Sierra and Wes. After the shred, Wes dropped 15.8 pounds and 4.7 inches, and Sierra dropped 9.4 pounds and 7.5 inches. How crazy is that?!

So, how did they do it? You’re about to find out! Throughout the episode, the two drop golden nuggets and hacks on how they followed through and succeeded with their weight loss/fat loss goals.

Because let’s be real, there are so many obstacles to face and so many reason not to start–and these two show us how these obstacles don’t need to get in the way and that anyone can do it if they just start.
