It's simple, but definitely not easy, to become a better rider. There are things that you can implement into your daily life that can help make your riding progress skyrocket. Are those things easy to do? In a lot of cases, no. But it will be worth the battle when you can look back in 6 months, a year, or 5 years from now and see how far you have come as a rider.

In today's episode, I talk about the things that I will be implementing into my own life to start to see my riding improve (which I admit has been a bit stagnant for quite a few years at this point!). I also talk about some misconceptions that people have when it comes to improving their riding that, if you believe them, could prevent you from improving as a rider.
