The word “strong” used to be exclusively associated with physical strength but recently we’ve begun to realize that true strength is of the emotional and psychological variety. In this episode I walk you through some easy tools to better understand your own strength and resilience. I also offer theories as to why women, as a group, are so very strong. It’s important to know your own strength and be reminded of your own power. Recognizing that you are a Strong Woman is still a revolutionary act in a world that teaches you to hide your strength.
