Welcome to another exciting episode of the Suits in the Stadium Podcast! In this episode, we are thrilled to have a powerhouse in the world of sports community engagement, Chincie Mouton, Director of Community Engagement at the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation.
Chincie brings a wealth of experience, having served as the Director of Business Connect at the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, where she played a pivotal role in launching and managing a supplier diversity program. Her strategic vision ensured the implementation of Business Connect throughout major sporting events in Los Angeles, including Super Bowl LVI, the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship, WrestleMania, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and the upcoming 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Prior to her role in Los Angeles, Chincie served as the Vice President of Community Engagement and Projects at the Atlanta Basketball Host Committee. Her leadership oversaw all community engagement programs associated with the 2020 NCAA Men’s Final Four, where she achieved remarkable success, including launching the NCAA Read to the Final Four program and managing a series of grassroots activations.
But Chincie's impact extends even further, as she managed community engagement programs for Super Bowl LIII with the Atlanta Super Bowl Host Committee and led local projects aligned with the Extra Yard for Teachers program during her time at Atlanta Championship Game.
