Dr. Jessica Lautz, with the National Association of Realtors joined Keith and Jim on this week’s Sweat the Details. She’s our first second-time guest, and we had a great discussion about this moment in history, and how the real estate market is affected by the pandemic.

- Household creation, housing inventory, birth rates, and the cost of childcare

- The need for urgent, timely data, and data analysis

- Colleges reopening?

- Student loan debt being paid down now, possibly leading to a buyer boom in the future
