I noticed an interesting pattern in how employees, business owners, and salespeople approach money. Employees are all about costs. Budgeting, saving, and planning every penny of their salary. On the other hand, business owners are only 20% concerned with costs. The rest is dedicated to boosting revenue - new channels, upselling, and whatnot.

Salespeople? They're the cool hybrids - part employees, part entrepreneurs. They're not risking capital but are always hustling to find new clients and increase company revenue. And if you're stuck in the first one, thinking only about costs, let me tell you how to change that. 😁
