In this episode, I spoke to explorer and mountaineer, Dominic Renshaw about his attempt to break the world record from John O'Groats to Lands End trekking with a tyre.
We discussed why he wanted to do this and whether there were more goals after this trek. One aim he has is to raise awareness for BlackDog Outdoors: "The Long Tread" - Raising awareness of mental health - GoFundMe
We go into detail about the physical training required and how he fell in love with trekking from the start.
