The year is 2187. In the Quw'utsun Valley, a religious order called The Connection worships the Fungal Intelligence. The young acolyte Huilo must prove his faith through a period of Cloistering, but there is something calling to Huilo from beyond the sea, and he must make a difficult decision between faith and purpose…
